These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and soan101 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the soan101 website, its associated services, betting markets, casino games, and any other products offered through this platform.

By creating an account on soan101, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by soan101.

1.3 Severability

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on soan101. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. soan101 employs device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided pending investigation.

2.3 KYC Verification

soan101 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification may be requested at any of the following stages:

• Before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the amount

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. 2.4 Account Credentials

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempts to exploit bonus offers through techniques such as matched betting, arbitrage wagering, low-risk bet hedging, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once are strictly prohibited. soan101 monitors wagering patterns associated with bonus play. Where bonus abuse is detected, the platform reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

5.3 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses issued by soan101 carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirements associated with a bonus are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account automatically at expiry. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and begins from the date the bonus is credited to the account.

By using soan101, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

6.1 Player Obligations

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on soan101 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person at any stage of account use
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on soan101
• Using any form of software exploit, hack, or vulnerability to manipulate game outcomes or account balances
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorised use of another person's payment method
• Conducting any activity that could constitute money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Posting, transmitting, or submitting any abusive, harassing, or offensive content through any communication channel on soan101

soan101 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A request from law enforcement, regulatory authority, or a court order requiring account suspension
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their soan101 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@soan101. Before requesting closure, any pending bets will need to be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Once classified as dormant, soan101 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to the account balance, deducted at the start of each calendar month, until the balance reaches zero or the player re-activates the account by logging in. Players with dormant accounts will be notified via email before any fee is applied.

7.3 Appeals Process

If your account has been suspended or closed by soan101 and you believe the action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal by contacting our support team in writing at support@soan101. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the account action. soan101 will investigate and respond to all appeals within 10 business days of receipt.

soan101 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate service delivery, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, soan101 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity arising directly or indirectly from your use of the platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features
• Any error in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by a technical fault, provided that soan101 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors upon discovery
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Any third-party payment processing delays or failures outside the direct control of soan101

8.2 Game Integrity & RNG Certification

Live dealer games are operated by licensed software providers under audited conditions. soan101 does not manipulate game outcomes.
